  • Stretch, strengthen, and release stress while having fun, cocooned in a hammock suspended from the trees! Aerial yoga offers wonderful benefits to the mind, body and soul, and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Select Tuesdays, 6:00 to 7:15 p.m., or Fridays, 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., July through September 2020.
  • Join us for digital Arboretum Yoga sessions. Maintain your health and well-being with yoga from the comfort of your home. Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., June through September, 2020, or Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., June through September, 2020.
  • Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing and meditation in the tranquil setting of The Morton Arboretum. Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. July 20 through September 20, 2020.
  • On the three-hour walk, you will experience a series of guided, gentle invitations to open the senses and cultivate presence, with more time to deepen the healing interactions between people and the natural world. On select Mondays, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., or Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to noon, July through September 2020.
  • On the two-hour walk, you will experience a series of guided, gentle invitations to open the senses, cultivate presence and invite healing interactions between people and the natural world. Thursdays, July 23, August 6, or September 17, 2020, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  • Experience Tai Chi this summer at The Morton Arboretum. Move your body with the grace and confidence of the ancient Tai Chi masters who learned the secret of balancing yin and yang – strength with beauty, power with peace, endurance with flow. 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 29, day, August 26, or September 30, 2020
  • Explore the ways that spending time in nature can restore our mind, body and spirit. Saturday, September 12, 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
  • Learn the basics of beekeeping. Curious about honey bees? Interested in starting your own hive and harvesting your own honey? Four Tuesdays, September 15 through October 6, 2020, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
