Guided Group Information
Group Tram Reservations (Tram service suspended until further notice)
Available Monday through Friday at 11 am, 12:30 pm, and 2 pm.
$16/person, 15 person minimum, 40 person maximum. 1 hour long general guided tour. Price includes general daily admission to the Arboretum.
Enjoy a guided tour of the Arboretum from our open-air tram! Your guests will board our public tram vehicle for a tour. Trams may be shared with members of our visiting public. Group Tram Reservations cannot be made or paid for using Member Coupons or any other discounts.
All Aboard Tours (Guided tours suspended until further notice)
Available 7 days a week.
$16/person, 15 person minimum. 1 hour long general guided tour on your bus. Price includes general daily admission to the Arboretum.
Enjoy the beauty of nature as an Arboretum guide conducts a one-hour narrated tour aboard your bus or commercial van. Sit back and relax as you learn about the Arboretum's internationally-renowned plant collections, natural history, research programs, and Morton family legacy.
Troll Hunt All-Aboard Tour (Troll hunt tours suspended until further notice)
Available Monday through Friday.
$19/person, 15 person minimum. 1.5 hour guided tour, mix of walking and driving. Price includes general daily admission to the Arboretum.
Explore Troll Hunt from the comfort of your seat as an Arboretum guide takes you on a 90-minute tour aboard your bus or commercial van. On this hop on/hop off tour, visitors have the opportunity to see all six trolls and have the opportunity to stop and walk to meet four trolls up close (up to ½ mile walk at each troll). Please note that the walks will take place on uneven surfaces like grass terrain and wood chipped trails.
Garden Walking Tours (Currently unavailable)
Available 7 days a week.
$16/person, 15 person minimum. 1 hour thematic walking tour. Price includes general daily admission. Tour will involve up to 1 mile of walking on paved paths.
Explore the Arboreum on foot with one of our guides, who will walk with your group around our gardens or collections to point out items of seasonal interest. Several different thematic tour options are available.
To request a time for your Group Tour, please click the button below. Tour requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance of your visit to allow time for guide scheduling. All Group Tour Reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $15 registration fee.

Pre-Paid Discount Admission Fees
Pre-paid admission tickets may be purchased at a discount off the daily admission fee (excludes Wednesday discount admission).
15+ passes $2 off per pass
Tickets expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased and may be redeemed for admission at the gatehouse at any time. A minimum of 15 tickets is required to obtain discount price. Pre-paid discount cannot be combined with any other discount. Pre-Purchase Group rate General Admission
Five Visit Bus Pass
$300 per pass
The Five Visit Pass is available to agencies providing services to adults 18 years of age or older. The pass is valid for 5 visits in a commercial van or bus with a capacity of less than 26 passengers and includes admission for each person on the vehicle. The pass will be stamped per vehicle per visit. It cannot be combined with guided tour or lunch packages.
Passes are available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit agencies providing services to adults 18 years or older. The agencies tax exemption identification letter is required to receive the discount. For cost and additional information and/or questions, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Ginkgo Catering Box Lunch Options
A minimum of 15 guests is required to reserve a group lunch package. Reserved seating in the Ginkgo Room is included in all lunch packages. Prices do not include the sales tax or administrative fees.
$19 per person (minimum 15)
Your box lunch will include your choice of a gourmet sandwich or gourmet salad, bagged chips, jumbo cookie and assorted canned beverages.

Lunches packages include assorted canned beverages. Coffee/hot tea service is available for an additional fee of $2 per person. Please choose no more than three menu selections for the group.
Reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance and are based on availability. Group reservations and dates will be confirmed only after the Arboretum receives a deposit and signed Adult Group Tour Reservation Form. Your deposit is payable by cash, check, or credit card payable to: The Morton Arboretum. See the Reservation Form for terms, conditions, and refund policy. Terms and Conditions
Reservations should be made at least 4 weeks in advance and are based on availability. Group reservations and dates will be confirmed only after the Arboretum receives a deposit and signed Adult Group Tour Reservation Form. All tours will require a $50 deposit to confirm your registration. Final payment is due 3 weeks before the date of the tour.
The Morton Arboretum is an outdoor museum. Dress for the weather! Walking and open-air tram tours will proceed in light to moderate precipitation. If heavy or extreme weather conditions must cancel a tour, it will be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits will not be refunded due to inclement weather. Indoor activities, including All-Aboard tours and lunches will not be cancelled by weather and full payment is required.
