Step 2: If you're a member, verify your membership with your membership ID number (you can find this on your member card) and the last name of the primary cardholder. If you can't locate your member ID number, you can verify your membership using your email address linked with your membership. If you're not a member, follow the prompts for guest tickets.

Step 3: Choose a date you would like to visit

Step 4: Choose an entry time. Timed-entry pass or ticket holders have a one-hour time window to enter, beginning at the designated entry date and time noted on the pass or ticket. Members and guests who arrive past the one-hour time stamp will be denied access and asked to return at another time.

Step 5: Add your member passes or guest tickets. Use the plus signs to add passes or tickets for your visiting party. Members will be able to reserve the number of passes allowed by your membership level.

Step 6: Accept the social distancing agreement. Following social distancing guidelines will remain essential for all who visit. Click the checkbox in the top left-hand corner to accept these terms.

Step 7: Enter your information. Passes and tickets will be delivered by email in an order summary to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please reference the admission and timed-entry FAQ for more information. We recently launched a new ticketing system that will improve the online timed-entry pass process, and appreciate your patience with any temporary issues.
