Course List

  • Improve your health and well-being with yoga. We will practice poses, breathing and meditation in the tranquil setting of the Morton Arboretum. Select Mondays or Wednesdays, January through March 2020. Mondays, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Explore meditative and self-nurturing yoga poses with the use of plant-based essential oils to restore and rebalance the mind and body in the tranquil setting of The Morton Arboretum. Monday, December 16, 2019 or the Second or fourth Thursday of each month: January 23 through March 12, 2020, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • Join us for the annual Edible Gardening Workshop Series held each spring at The Morton Arboretum! Each week, gardening experts will share practical tips on growing your own food and inspire you with new ways to create beautiful, productive, edible gardens. Saturdays, March 14 through April 11, 2020, 9:30 a.m. to noon.
  • Experience the healing and wellness-promoting effects of Shinrin-Yoku, the practice of bathing the senses in the atmosphere of the forest. Take a mindful walk with a certified Forest Therapy guide on a trail at the Morton Arboretum as you awaken your senses and reconnect with nature. Select Mondays and Saturdays starting January 20 through March 21, 2020, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
